To illustrate our Values, and in line with the employee engagement survey, the US team has created an action dedicated to recognition: the Employee of the Quarter Award.
Every employee is encouraged to nominate a fellow employee for the award.
A small committee made up of eight employees from different departments review the nominations and determine the winner.
The winner is awarded at a quarterly employee luncheon.
